Cloud pricing¶
TOVIO Cloud is not generally available yet. The accepted launch catalog is public so teams can evaluate the intended packaging without mistaking it for an active checkout.

Overages are $0.15/GB-month, $0.02/admitted agent session, and $0.004/hosted CI-minute. Hosted AI-agent execution bills per admitted session, never as a seat. CI execution seconds accumulate across the whole billing period and are priced per second, with a single rounding step to whole cents at settlement -- never rounded up per job; storage is the daily average in decimal GB. Free includes 90-day repository history; Personal includes 180-day repository history; Business includes 365-day repository history; Enterprise includes 730-day repository history and separately 1,825-day audit retention. The accepted catalog makes no additional permanent-history or egress-price promise. CI can run on your own runner at no charge, on every plan including Free: a customer-operated runner is never metered, because TOVIO operates no compute for it.
Only active human members consume seats. The Business trial is 14 days and requires no payment method. Seat increases use immediate proration; reductions apply at the next renewal. Personal and Business cancellation takes effect at the next billing renewal; Enterprise cancellation takes effect at the exact 12-month commitment boundary. Automatic refunds are not issued.
Checkout remains gated
No hosted purchase can complete until the public V1 train, Tier-2 Enterprise train, hosted-service evidence, legal approval, and independent security review are complete. See the roadmap.
Every value above is rendered from the versioned machine-readable catalog used by checkout and entitlement enforcement. Its public source path will be linked when the canonical repository destination is accepted; no guessed source URL is published during prelaunch.
The Free row states that plan's catalog allowance. Outside the catalog, provisioning the Free plan also issues a one-time hosted-CI trial: a bounded, expiring grant of compute, measured against lifetime use so it never renews, never billed, and issued only to an active account with a verified email address. It widens the compute ceiling without changing the plan; once it is spent or expired, a hosted job on Free is refused with a plan-limit answer rather than metered.
